Welcome to a new Syniverse.com!
This week we’ve launched and couldn’t be more excited about a new and improved website. The site has been redesigned to dramatically improve the visitor experience, and we can’t wait to see what everyone thinks. With this new online presence, visitors will be able to better understand who we are, more easily find out specific information on our services related to their needs, and, especially, more powerfully engage with us through several new tools.
Please take a look for yourself! Here are just a few of the improvements and innovations that our six months of hard work and dedication have delivered:
- Clearer language and product overviews-For one thing, we’ve specifically tried to make it easier for visitors to understand who we are and what distinguishes us. This is crucial for companies looking to understand our business and determine if our services are a fit for their needs. Starting at the top of the homepage and resonating throughout the site, our new language allows visitors to more easily understand the challenges that we help our customers solve and then helps visitors drill down to the specific product details they may want. How deep they go is really up to them, from key stats and use cases available for each category of products, all the way to technical specifications in the product architecture.
- New real-time communication tools-We’ve also revamped the site to enable visitors to inquire about our services through dynamic live chats with solution experts, chatbot-like tools, or calls to a dedicated hotline. Providing these options now gives visitors the power and flexibility to reach out to us however they wish, and helps ensure we can respond to these queries more quickly and thoroughly.
- Simplified navigation-We also listened to specific customer feedback and designed a more streamlined layout and menu that allow for more intuitive navigation and product information listings. With this, we’ve tried to enable each visitor to be able to chart a customized journey that allows them to get to the information and sections they’re looking for.
Looking ahead, we understand that a website is a living, breathing thing requiring ongoing love and attention. With that in mind, another critical enhancement we’ve baked in with this website is for analytics to play a key role in its future refinement. We’re committed to making sure we always try to give visitors just what they’re looking for when they come to Syniverse.com.

As Chief Marketing Officer, Bill Hurley oversees the management of Syniverse’s portfolio of products and solutions, and leads the planning, development, and execution of Syniverse’s marketing, communications, and brand strategy. Bill brings more than 20 years of experience in leadership roles at companies across the cloud, mobile, security, network and IT sectors. Most recently, he served as Chief Marketing Officer of CenturyLink, where he helped drive the transformation of CenturyLink to an enterprise IT-services company that focuses on customer experience. Prior to that, Bill was Chief Marketing Officer at Unify and helped grow the company’s integrated communication solutions and pivot to cloud, channel, and IT services. Previously, he served as CTO at technology distributor Westcon and CIO at insurance broker Marsh. Bill holds an MBA in finance from Fordham University and a B.S. in computer science from the State University of New York at Albany.
