What is ISO 9001:2015 Certification?

The prestigious ISO 9001:2015 certification is awarded by the International Organization for Standardization. It is based on the implementation of specific quality procedures and processes, and is maintained by a demonstrated commitment to quality improvement. At the core of ISO 9001:2015 are the principles of customer focus and leadership within the industry, and the involvement of employees and management in developing and continuously updating a process approach to rectifying issues.


What is TL 9000 Certification?

TL 9000 certification denotes conformance to a telecommunications-specific set of requirements based on ISO 9000 and was developed by the Quality Excellence for Suppliers of Telecommunications Forum (QuEST Forum). TL 9000 raises the bar on ISO 9001:2015 with an increased emphasis on quality system requirements for the design, development, production, delivery, installation, and maintenance of telecommunication products and services. In addition, TL 9000 is the only quality standard that requires metrics to be collected so that a company can benchmark its performance for improvement.
