New Checklist Defines Three Crucial Steps for RCS

The biggest event in mobile, Mobile World Congress (MWC), is just days away, and Syniverse is continuing to gear up with a range of new materials to help companies better understand and make use of the newest technologies and services we’re working with.

Our latest resource is a checklist we just created to help businesses take fuller advantage of one of the hottest emerging technologies this year – Rich Communication Services, or RCS. “Starting conversations that matter with Rich Communication Services (RCS)” breaks down three steps that any company should complete to identify the best RCS solution for their needs.

Please check out the checklist here or below, and also be sure to look at our RCS infographic that we just shared last week. These resources are just a few of many new things on RCS that we’ll be featuring at MWC, and right here, on Synergy.

And if you’re coming to MWC, please stop by to see us at the Syniverse booth, at Stand 2G11 in Hall 2 at Fira Barcelona Gran Via. We’ll be hosting an Innovation Theater that will feature a series of seminars and product demonstrations on RCS as well as other new technologies, like 5G, the internet of things, and blockchain. We hope to see you there!
