Company achieved additional cuts in emissions and maintained reductions totaling 59% over past decade
TAMPA, Fla. – Nov. 18, 2025 – Syniverse, the world’s most connected company®, has released its fifth annual environmental, social, and governance (ESG) report, which highlights reduced carbon emissions, expanded employee engagement, and strong governance and compliance frameworks. The report details Syniverse's performance throughout the fiscal year that ended on Nov. 30, 2024, and highlights additional reductions in Scope 1 and 2 emissions that contributed to an 11% total decrease since the end of the previous fiscal year. The company also recorded a 46% increase in volunteer hours in the same time span and achieved positive customer satisfaction ratings during the 12-month period based on two performance metrics.

Environmental Sustainability

Totaled 1 metric ton of CO2 equivalent in Scope 1 emissions for the second consecutive year.

Reduced Scope 3 emissions by 33% since the end of fiscal year 2014, with a 2.3% rise from 2023 driven by increased political traffic during the 2024 U.S. election, contributing to a 59% total emissions reduction over the decade.

Disposed of 100% of e-waste, an estimated 22.5 metric tons of retired equipment, ethically and securely through vetted recovery providers.
Social Responsibility

Dedicated 1,343 hours to volunteering, a 46% increase from the previous year.

Reduced annual voluntary employee turnover by 52% compared to 2023.

Expanded participation in the Employee Association, which creates opportunities for employees to connect, collaborate, and engage, to all geographic locations and through virtual engagement.

Strengthened internal communication by highlighting global holidays so employees could showcase their personal stories.

Introduced Respect in the Workplace, a program designed to prevent and address all forms of workplace harassment.
Governance Excellence

Maintained 100% compliance for anti-corruption/anti-bribery training, annual review and acknowledgement of employee Code of Conduct, and employee security training as well as Syniverse Supplier Code of Conduct by all onboarded vendors.

Achieved a Net Promoter Score of 55 and a 95% customer experience rating.

Rated the No. 1 vendor in mobile roaming, clearing and settlement, and fraud management and security, according to Kaleido Intelligence.
