TAMPA, Fla. — Sept. 26, 2023 — Syniverse, "the world's most connected company,"® has appointed Sandra Rosa as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In this pivotal role, Rosa will lead the organization’s global HR team and partner with senior leadership to develop and execute Syniverse’s people and culture strategy. Her oversight will extend to organizational development, human resources, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. Rosa will report directly to CEO Andrew Davies.

“Sandra’s deep understanding of human capital challenges and her ability to design innovative solutions will be instrumental in shaping the future of Syniverse,” said Davies. “She brings an exceptional combination of strategic vision and operational expertise that will enrich our organizational culture and drive our global HR initiatives forward.”

Rosa comes with an extensive background in the financial and banking sector, having worked with large global organizations across the United States. Most recently, she served as CHRO and Executive Vice President at Santander Consumer USA, where she managed a large team of HR professionals across multiple markets, was responsible for all HR disciplines, employee relations, and the development of a shared services model. Rosa has a proven track record in HR business partnering, organizational design and talent development, strategic partnership and planning, DEI, talent acquisition, and business transformation.

“My focus at Syniverse will be to create an environment where innovation thrives and diversity is celebrated,” said Rosa. “I am committed to ensuring that our employees are equipped with the best resources and opportunities to contribute to Syniverse’s mission, and to fostering a culture that will drive both individual and organizational growth.”

Rosa holds a bachelor’s degree in human services and psychology from Judson University.
