Syniverse Evolved Mobility® is a comprehensive roaming solution designed to enable mobile operators to transition from legacy 3G networks to advanced VoLTE (Voice over LTE) roaming while maintaining seamless inbound and outbound connectivity. It supports VoLTE devices across global networks, allowing operators to evolve their infrastructure without disrupting services. This world-first offering connects to more than 500 roaming partners and handles 14 million unique roamers daily across four continents.
Why is Evolved Mobility needed in the current mobile landscape?
With the global sunset of 3G networks, mobile operators face risks such as service gaps, customer dissatisfaction, lost roaming revenue, and challenges in negotiating with partners. Evolved Mobility addresses these risks by ensuring continuity during network decommissions, supporting 3G fallback for VoLTE calls, and preparing operators for the projected $30 billion in 5G roaming revenue by 2028, when 78% of total roaming traffic is expected to be 5G.
How does Evolved Mobility work?
