Ms. Seid joined Twilio in March 2019 and currently serves as the Regional Vice President of Solutions Engineering for North America which includes responsibility for the Enterprise, Vertical, ISV, and Public Sector SE teams. During her tenure at Twilio, Ms. Seid has actively impacted diversity efforts by founding the Twilio Women in Solutions Engineering (WISE) chapter and serves as a council member for the PreSales Collective WISE community. Ms. Seid came to Twilio after a 21-year tenure at Oracle. At Oracle, Ms. Seid held multiple positions in the go to market Solutions Engineering organization. Ms. Seid’s expertise lies in value-based solutions selling into Enterprise organizations, across a multitude of industries. Ms. Seid got her start in customer relationship management and contact center applications and has experience across SaaS and developer platforms.
