Ms. Paccione joined Twilio in March 2021 and currently serves as the head of the Enterprise Strategic and Retail/eCommerce sales organization. She has more than 20 years of go to market experience in the SaaS, Information Security and Telecommunications industries. Prior to Twilio, Ms. Paccione was Vice President of Commercial Sales at Everbridge. From October 2009 - June 2020, she held multiple roles at Syniverse including Vice President of Enterprise Market Segments and Vice President of Sales - Global Sales Development. She has also held various go to market positions at VeriSign and several information security startups. Ms. Paccione holds a bachelor's degree in management from Providence College and completed Executive Education coursework at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
