Syniverse devised a Campaign Determination solution that addressed each of the requirements the customer had, as follows; identification of silent roamers and presentation of a relevant offer in context. They also wanted rapid time to market as internal efforts had always taken too long.
The solution was launched after only 6 weeks implementation time and campaigns were deployed a few days later. The customer exceeded business objectives of the initiative by seeing an 18% increase in active data users within 3 months of launching the service.
