Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer
Sara DeBella leads a global team and partners with senior leadership to develop and execute the people and culture strategy for Syniverse. Her oversight responsibilities include the company’s organizational development, HR, diversity and inclusion, and corporate communications functions. She joined the organization in 2009 and has held a variety of roles of increasing responsibility including global total rewards (e.g., compensation, benefits and HR technology) and as an HR business partner. Throughout her tenure, Ms. DeBella has led several key initiatives to enable the organization find ways of working more strategically and efficiently, such as the implementation of Workday, redesign of global benefits and compensation programs, and the creation of new performance management processes. She combines her deep knowledge of the organization with a passion and commitment to building and maintaining dynamic and collaborative teams. Her focus is to recruit the best and the brightest talent, and then make sure that talent can flourish. Ms. DeBella earned a bachelor’s degree and an M.B.A. from the University of South Florida.
