As General Counsel, Rachel Jackson leads a global team of attorneys and legal professionals focused on compliance, contract negotiation and execution, risk management, and corporate governance. She joined Syniverse in 2013 and has held a variety of roles in increasing responsibility within the legal department during her tenure. She combines her deep knowledge of the organization with legal and technical expertise to provide strategic guidance to the business. Ms. Jackson holds a fundamental belief in the legal team as a creative enabler of growth, rather than a roadblock, and she encourages a collaborative and pragmatic approach to legal issues. Prior to joining Syniverse, Ms. Jackson practiced civil litigation and served as in-house counsel of a global software company. Ms. Jackson holds a bachelor’s degree in government and politics and a juris doctor degree from the University of Maryland.
