EVP and Chief Financial Officer

Bill Sansalone leads Syniverse’s global financial operations, including Business Performance, Reporting and Controls, Strategic Sourcing, Audit and Tax, and Strategy functions. Bill is a seasoned financial executive with considerable telecommunications experience. Bill spent the majority of his career with Verizon, starting in 1984. Bill progressively advanced in his career through the leadership ranks at Verizon in both the Wireless Division and Consumer Group, a division that provides consumer-focused wireless and wireline communication products and services. In his last role at Verizon, Bill was VP Field Finance Operations for the Verizon Consumer Group. In his role, he led all consumer channel financial planning and sales channel analysis, sales quota setting, third-party agent compensation, and customer services financial support. His prior roles within the Wireless division, include VP Field Finance Operations; Vice President, Commercial Finance; VP and Controller, Area CFO, and others. Bill has an MBA in Finance and Economics from the University of South Florida, he’s a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of multiple financial industry associations, including FICPA and AICPA.
