Alastair Hanlon oversees Syniverse’s relationship with MasterCard, working with the global payment card transaction company to deliver new, innovative mobile solutions that help enhance customer engagement and improve the payment experience. Dr. Hanlon joined Syniverse from Amdocs, where he was part of the marketing leadership team responsible for customer engagement, market intelligence and strategy. Prior to Amdocs, he held a variety for senior roles with Convergys in the areas of product management, marketing and business development. He joined Convergys through its acquisition of Geneva Technology in 2001. Dr. Hanlon holds a Ph.D. in magnetic resonance imaging (physics) from the University of Cambridge.
