Syniverse Appoints Dave Ratner to Lead Enterprise Solutions
TAMPA, Fla. – Feb. 18, 2016 – Syniverse today announced that Dave Ratner has been appointed President, Enterprise Solutions with responsibility for sales, product management, technology, development, implementation, and support, for the company’s Enterprise Solutions business unit.

We established the Enterprise Solutions business unit to sharpen our focus on enabling our growing list of nearly 600 multinational brand customers to engage their customers in increasingly rich, contextual ways,” said Stephen (Steve) C. Gray, President and CEO of Syniverse. “With more than 18 years of executive experience with leading mobile, software and technology companies, Dave is an ideal fit to lead our enterprise business as a powerful market force that drives customer and company success across various vertical markets for Syniverse.”
Ratner is an accomplished business executive, having served as CEO and President of Openwave Messaging, a messaging, communication and security solutions provider. Previously, he was a special adviser to a number of CEOs and senior-level executives, including the CEOs at Openwave Systems and SpeechCycle, and before that served as Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President at SEVEN Networks.

Ratner holds bachelor’s degrees in computer science and mathematics from Cornell University, and a master’s and a doctorate in computer science from the University of California at Los Angeles.
