The Application Process

1. Find a position that interests you and matches your skillset. Click the "apply" button and then follow the steps to create an account and complete the application process (which takes approximately 20 minutes). It generally takes Syniverse anywhere from 1-2 weeks for our recruiters to review your application.

2. If selected, you will be contacted for a recruiter screening and then, if it's determined you would be a good match for the position, you will move forward to a hiring manager interview. Depending on the level of the position, the interview process could include multiple interviews. If you are not selected, you will receive a notification via email advising you of the status.

3. Once you have completed the interview stage, if you are selected for the position, a recruiter will contact you via phone or email to discuss next steps. If you are not selected for the position, a recruiter will contact you via phone or email to advise you of the status.

How to Prepare for the Interview

1. Thoroughly read the job description and so you will know what skills and experiences are expected for the position. Review your resume and get organized to talk about the things you've done that align with the expectations for the role.

2. Do your homework and research the company.

3. Come prepared to ask questions.

4. Be on time.

5. Dress professionally even if it's a video interview.

6. Relax and most importantly, be yourself!

7. Take the time to send a quick thank you note to your interviewer. Use that opportunity to quickly bullet the skills and experiences that you believe would make you a good match for the role.
