Smart Surveillance
FraudX® uses near real-time data from mobile switches to create a unique, historical profile for each subscriber based on actual usage. It constantly compares this historical record to current usage to create an accurate picture of each subscriber, and it is flexible enough to account for behavior fluctuations due to changes like vacations and excessive travel. This intelligent system:
- Tracks roaming fraud by type
- Accumulates evidence
- Updates subscriber profiles
