Bill McGee joined Syniverse as senior vice president of mergers and acquisitions in November 2006. Mr. McGee brought to Syniverse eight years of corporate acquisitions experience with Electronic Data Systems, where he served as managing director of corporate business development. He also has 22 years of investment banking experience gained while working for Merrill Lynch, Salomon Brothers and Lehman Brothers. Mr. McGee earned his master’s degree in business administration from Pennsylvania State University and his bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Missouri, Columbia.
