IPX Network Transport has a global reach that enables worldwide connectivity for roaming and internetworking services, including ENUM services, with priority and efficient routing. Its high QoS guarantees conformity with service level agreements between operators for end users in both roaming and internetworking scenarios. In addition, IPX Network Transport:

• Is a fully managed private IP network with routing that is not accessible via the public Internet. Border gateway protocol is used for connectivity because of its ability to easily and reliably route between multiple autonomous systems.
• Offers data roaming and GPRS which also can be the network access and transport mechanism for multiple traffic types, (e.g., C7 or SS7 messages, MMS, SMS, ENUM and CDRs)
• Offers a number of network solution sets, such as point-to-point circuits, IP-managed circuits or Internet VPN interoperability
• Offers root domain name service for the .gprs domain
